Okay, here we are with the final inspiration for this stamp set, Timeless Talk.
Of the three cards I made I think this is my favourite. I hope you like it too...
This one has a really fresh and Spring feel to it, I think I will be using the layout/colours again very soon for Easter.
This one uses the final image, the telephone. This is a lovely one for dropping a note to someone you haven't seen in a while,
So I have used Whisper white as the main base, with an additional layer embossed with the perfect polka dot (117335)embossing folder.
The three patterned pieces behind are all from different sets of papers. The wavy blue is from the Moonlight (133701) paper stack on page 185, the dotty Pistachio (light green) is from the other stack on that page, All Abloom (133703). These stacks are so useful to have in your stash as they are perfect card size, minimal wastage :-)
The third piece I actually made myself. I used the dots from the sale-a-bration set Best Day Ever (139149) and stamped them in the Pistachio Pudding onto whisper white, I then stamped over the top in Lost Lagoon and the set Gorgeous Grunge (wood 130514, clear 130517).
The greeting was stamped and then punched out using two old favourites of mine, Word Window (119857) and Modern Label (119849).
The two finishing touches on this card are a bow of Lost Lagoon stitched satin ribbon (133672) and then some paper piercing around the circle. This was created using the Essentials (126187)template set and the paper piercing tool (126189).
