A little bunch of vases...

Hi folks, thank you for stopping by today. I have a clean and fresh card to share today.

I decided to go with some Very Vanilla for this rather than Whisper White.

I used the stamp set Varied Vases, which has the matching punch.

I really liked how this came out, just not so happy with the photo quality, sorry.

The colours along with the vanilla, I used Mossy Meadow and Rich Razzleberry, they look lovely together.

The stamp set is photopolymer so has lots of opportunities and versatility.

The embossing is the Layered Leaves textured embossing folder. Love these folders they are so full of texture.

The greeting was stamped using the single banner from the stamp set Banners for You and I added the words from the Varied Vases set.

This stamp set is really useful and I do use it a lot!! There is a matching die set, but I am more than happy to cut out by hand...as you would know if you come to any of my classes...there is always hand cutting!!!!!!

So I hope that has inspired you and I thank you for stoping by today, and look forward to seeing you popping by again soon.

Scrapbook crop...

Happy Monday morning... I hope you are enjoying some of this lovely summer weather?

I thought I would swing by today and let you know I run monthly Saturday scrapbook crops, and twice a month Tuesday morning crops in the Stroud area.

This month is coming up on Saturday 18th and I am sharing the layout that I had available as a kit for £6.

I used some of the lovely All My Love designer series paper. It looks very pink at first glance, but there are some lovely little details in Soft Sea Foam and Balmy Blue.

If you like to scrapbook and would like to join us, just get in touch and we would love to meet you.

I am also happy to get you started if you have never tried it. It is a great way to get those photographs off your computer or phone and into a book for you and the family to actually look at and enjoy...

The next date is June 15th.

Thank you for stoping by and come back soon.

Catalogue Launch...

Hi folks, me again!

As you hopefully know there is currently a count down to the retiring of our current Stampin' Up! catalogue and the launch of the new Annual Catalogue on 4th June.

You can see all the retiring products at my online shop front, so be sure to have a look and see if there is anything you can't live without, because once it's gone, it's gone and won't be available...

But along with that we have the launch of the new products...would you like to see them?

Then I am holding a launch event on Thursday 30th May.

This is a chance to get your hands on a copy of the new catalogue to take home with you, but we will also have a play making a couple of samples with new goodies!!!

I will also have a sale of retiring items available.

This will be held in Stroud, in the Salmon Springs area at my home.

I have a session at 10 am or 7:30 pm

Cost £7.50 per person.

This will also allow us to see the new In Colours.

So it would be great to see you, and space will be limited so book your spot now, to avoid disappointment.

Thank you for stopping by and see you again soon.

Class kit-to-go

Good  morning!

It's a bit wet here, so I hope you are keeping dry and warm with whatever you are doing today!

DO you sit down to create only to get a mind block?

Is your mojo missing at the moment?

Would you like to sit down and just create, with everything cut out and designed for you?

Then I am popping by today to let you know about my class kit-to-go for May. This is available to order from now until 14th May. This kit contains the stamp set Daisy Delight and the matching punch.
This is a great value kit this month, as the bundle alone is £33, but you can get that along with the kit to make 6 cards and a box. Also full pdf of instructions and all for £40.

If you are not local, this will also include postage to your door too.

The stamps and punch are lovely and are carrying over in to the new catalogue, along with some additional products that will coordinate beautifully!

So if you would like to receive this and get crafting with all the hard work of design and cutting done for you, then don't miss out,

Available only until May 14th

Thank you for topping by and see you again soon I hope.

Gorgeous little bunny...

Look at this little guy...isn't he just gorgeous??

This is the little bunny from the stamp set Fable Friends and I just love him!!

I gave him a little gingham jacket to match the papers I used, and a little colouring with the Stampin Blends (gotta love them!!)

The greeting is from Banners for You stamp set, which I stamped in Black and hand cut out.

The finishing touch was the adhesive sequins in Lemon Lime Twist too. Sadly this colour is one that is retiring on June 3rd...very sad about that one!!!

I have actually made this to give to my hairdresser who goes on her maternity leave when I am there again this week. I hope she likes it, and I thought the colour was fairly neutral for girl or boy,  really exciting times for her. I remember it well :-))

Thank you for stoping by today anyway, and I hope you pop by again soon.

Vellum daisies...

Well, we are at the start of a Bank Holiday weekend, I hope you have some nice plans, but ideally we would all love a full weekend of crafting...do you agree?

So today I thought I would share a card we made at technique class last month. We did the pressed vellum idea and this looks really clever, with lots of texture and definition.

So we basically stamped the daisy onto the vellum using Stazon ink, then you turn the vellum over and using an embossing tool you press onto he petals to create the white effect on the vellum.

The ladies loved doing this technique and we made three lovely cards.

We have a technique class every month so if you fancy joining me the date for May is 23rd. We have the option of 10 am or 7:30 pm in the Stroud area.

The Daisy Delight is a great stamp set and also features in my class kit-to-go for May, so be sure to check that out.

I would love to see you at technique class soon, but hopefully you are feeling inspired and creative!!

Thank you for visiting today, and see you again soon.

Amazing life...

Hi folks, yep!!! I'm here again...surprising even myself :-)

So this is a card I made just having a bit of a creative evening.

I kept it really clean in the layout and style, which this stamp really works well for.

The little flower with the leaf is gorgeous, and coloured with Stampin Blends just look stunning and it's a simple enough shape to hand cut out for additional detail and texture.

The stamp set is called Amazing Life, and I used Lovely Lipstick and Old Olive.

I hope you like the inspiration and hopefully I will 'see' you again soon.

Thank you for stopping by today.
